Garage doors...Ugh!

I have never posted a blog from my phone, so we'll see how it goes. I may need to edit later.

This is going to seem funny, but nearly every day I panic when I am about half way to work because I am not 100% certain if i closed the garage door. True story, I once called my brother in law, who was in Vegas and asleep -  which I was unaware of, because I was certain I had left the garage door open and thought he could swing by my house and check. I work 35 miles away from home, so it seemed like a good option. Well, turns out he couldn't for obvious reasons, but my step dad came to the rescue. Turns out I had closed the door afterall. Yep, waste of time for everyone, but this just gives you a little example of the stress I feel over the garage door. I seriously freak out about it on a regular basis. 

OK..moving on.

Do you ever just want something so much? And that certain something will seriously help keep you sane? Clearly, you can see where I'm going with this. Well, I was watching some tv and I saw a commercial for a craftsman garage door system. Oh no, it's not just any garage door system...it's thebomb.com garage system. There Is an app you can download on your phone and you can open and close your garage door anywhere.  Shut up! Anywhere! Sounds perfect for me.  I showed John the commercial and he just bust up laughing.  I think he thought I was being funny. OR he could have realized how serious I was and didnt know what else to do, so he laughed. Yeah, that is probably the case. 

I guess it is sort of a strange request.  I'm going to be honest though, it's not even in the want category anymore, it is a need! If you are thinking of buying me a gift, you may consider this fancy little item...just saying! I kid, I kid :) In the meantime, I'll just keep subtly playing the commercial when john's around. Yes, I have it saved on the DVR. :)
